Fruit from a vineyard that belongs to Lisbon University. Cooled overnight, spontaneous ferment in tank. Beautiful ensemble of green aromas, lime and kiwi, some herbals, combined with  sweet-bitter notes of quinine. A superb wine for wonderful moments, launched in April 2024.
