Senhor Rita Mar. Perfectly ripened Castelão manually harvested in a vine garden owner by the priest seminar of Caparide on the Estoril coast. Coolness and long sunshine hours make it a great acidic red wine with raspberry and red current aromas. Spontaneously fermented in our cellar in Belém. 20 months in neutral French oak barrels. Serve at 16-18º C.
