An ode to those sweet childhood memories, hot summer days, playing astronauts and intergalactic travel in the street, going to one of our friend’s house and being served an ice cool grenadine. A deliciously light and pure wine with concentrated red fruit, raspberry, no oak, all fermented and aged in inox tanks. The grapes were harvested in a vineyard in Arruda dos Vinhos planted by our former winemaking course mate Mafalda and her husband, just east of Lisbon, with pronounced Atlantic and Tagus river climate, slow ripening healthy fruit. Serve fresh at 14-16º C.
