FUNDRAISERS FOR UKRAINE WAR VICTIMS

Please share with friends, partners, customers, suppliers and family.

Picard Lederwaren GmbH Fundraiser

David’s brother Georg is the CEO of Picard Lederwaren GMBH, a German company producing leather goods. One of their fabrication sites is located in Ukraine and Georg and his company are currently organizing a fundraiser to directly support a regional aid organization in Mukachevo, where the company’s production is located (to the west of the Hungarian border). The name of the organization is Dobrochynets and it is organized by Picard Lederwaren GMBH’s partner Stanislav on a voluntary basis. The NGO has been caring for people in need in the region for over 20 years, and in the current context of aggression through Russian troupes focuses its efforts primarily on mothers and children fleeing the war. Georg assures that the  money donated will not get lost in bloated administrations, but arrive quickly, directly and unbureaucratically. According to Stanislav, what is currently needed above all is money.

This campaign initially ran until 13th March 2022, funds received after this date will continue to be collected and distributed to the same organization.

The money will be collected in a donation account and then sent to Dobrochynets on 14th March. Please find a PDF with more information below (in German – we work on a translation).
