Description

Starting in early 2021, we propose a year round workshop with monthly sessions during which participants will learn how wine making works — quite literally from vineyard to bottle. We will start in spring and observe bud break, follow the bio-cycle of a vineyard until harvest, then get our scissors ready and bring the grapes into the winery, follow the vinification process and bottle in early 2022.
