Made from one of the queens of Portugal’s native varietals, Arinto, this wine is characterised by a refined acidity-driven backbone enveloped by lemon zest aromas and notes of white flower, peppermint and sweet almond. We’ve actually also detected some saltiness, which makes it a perfect partner for cheese and cured meat aperitifs, Mediterranean-style gastronomy, fresh salads and fish dishes. The wine is best enjoyed in good company.
