Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation, pre-fermentative whole bunch cold maceration for 7 days with daily foot stomping. Dense organic fruit aromas of lime, green apple and kiwi, great acidity, a wine that accompanies delicious light meals, salads, sweet meats, fish, pasta dishes. Also an excellent aperitif wine.
