Tour through our cellars to explore how wine is made from grape to glass, which choices winemakers have and how these are reflected in the profile of the final wines. The tour is an exciting journey into the world of wine biochemistry made accessible through lively metaphors and explanations — from our experience even for people who have already done a lot of winery tours. You will learn all about sulfites, tannin, pigments, sugar, bacteria and yeasts and how they play together with soils, weather and winemakers to create great wine. Followed by a tasting of different varietal wines and red blends made at our winery, using grape varieties most of which you´ll only find on the Iberian peninsula. To directly experience the philosophy of the Mediterranean diet, everyone then sits together at our long table and enjoys together the wines together with different artisan food stuff including cheeses, cured meat, fresh sour dough bread, olives, fresh water. Vegetarian food on demand.
Fridays 16h30-18h30 & Saturdays 11h00-13h00.
