Espumante with classic bottle fermentation, with floating notes of lime and green apple. Fine acidity, light melting. It’s best to keep two bottles cold at the same time…

Base wine: sponatenous fermentation of Viosinho grapes grown at Tapada da Ajuda, Lisbon. Secondary fermentation from early 2022. 14 months on Lies. Hand disgorged (à la volé). Topped up only with itself, without liqueur. No additional suflites added after disgorgement. Hand corked.
